CE Senior Project
This group project spans two semesters as two classes, CE 4083 Engineering Practice and CE 4183 Engineering Design. The presentation and final report is reviewed by a panel of engineers, most of whom have a background in real estate development.

This set of pages is for our group to organize our UTSA Spring 2007 CE 4803 Engineering Practice project, and there is a spot reserved to continue it through CE 4813 Engineering Design. Only Group Members† may modify the content of these pages, but anyone can add helpful comments in the discussion section at the bottom of each page. We are currently looking at Espantosa, a colonia at the intersection of State Highway 83 and Old Hwy 83, about six and a half miles north of Carrizo Springs, Texas. Yahoo Map

We need the following things right away.
- ✔Location and ✔extent (boundaries) of ✔inhabited area and ✘lot divisions
- ✔Current population and ✘expected growth for the next 20 years
- ✔Topographic or DEM maps (to estimate water tower and wastewater plant locations, as well as propose community center / children's play area)
- Groundwater quality and ✔availability, especially at the ✘highest nearby location
